I loved that the place was impeccably clean and my children felt welcomed. The beds were super comfy and the room was cozy. The food that we ordered from the hotel was very well cooked and delicious. I had two small incidents but they didn't hesitate in taking care of it immediately. You can tell everyone is working for the well-being and enjoyment of the guests and this is something you feel from the top manager to the maintenance workers. They were all very polite and kind.

The hotel experienced IT issues due to the global outage that had recently occurred, so my reservation was not in their system. The manager on duty found a workaround and got us into our room in no time. The staff was friendly and the hotel was nice and clean.

Staff was great. Loved I could ck in online before we got there. Upon arrival it was really easy to get room key, etc. Super friendly and helpful finding dining. We ended up at a great restaurant for dinner. Easy to get in and out of the hotel. Loved the shower stall (instead of tub)!

Excellent location with plenty of dining and shopping options immediately surrounding. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

Location! We were there for the water festival. We walked everywhere. Location is GREAT!!! Hotel was CLEAN!

Lynn at the front desk was absolutely awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The lady at the cafe was super sweet. Everyone I encountered was super nice 😊
